Eye contact at the streets of New Delhi

I have visited New Delhi, the capital of India a few times, mostly being busy with business related activities. Luckily I have had the possibility of visiting briefly the lively streets of this colorful city.

New Delhi, and India as a whole is quite a controversial place. For me it has offered new and different views to the world around us, tasty food and friendly interaction with the locals.

Here are some pictures which are mainly taken around Netaji Subhash road near the Red Fort.

Wealthy looking family outing in a cycle rickshaw.

Nuts and fruits vendor are earning their slim livelihood.

Auto rickshaw driver wishing to get a customer.

Carpet seller showing off.

“Sir, do you like to buy a souvenir?”

Bus commuters need to be prepared for heavy traffic jams.

Fruit cocktails are served fresh.

Carrying stuff to the local market is a hard job.

Selling jogging shoes is a family business.

Boy’s world.
