It must be tiring to follow and analyze the massive flow of information on high speed digital gateways of data and mobile operators, but the trains and planes carry the one who breaks the silence far away.

What a marvellous photograph – a train speeding through a digital gateway. As for Mr Snowdon,it is extremely sad, but not surprising that the country most involved in spying on the rest of the world, accuses an honest man of espionage and wants to destroy him. Even more disappointing, but also expected is that no so-called freedom-loving country of europe will offer shelter. Every government is now terrified of the childish but dangerous tantrums of the USA. Assange has broken no Australian law, yet our government will not lift a finger to save him, just as they wouldn’t question the illegal incarceration of Australian citizens in Guantanamo Bay. USA intellectuals write copious criticism in blogs, summarised by ICH [ International Clearing House], but unread by the uneducated USA citizens. The freedoms we have enjoyed for the last 60 years are proving as ephemeral as those of Mr. Snowdon. We are all accelerating though a digital gateway – with no idea of the destination.
