Kylie Minogue said that? At the age of forty, the sad little woman has had about 19 lovers/boyfriends and is yet to find a stable relationship, let alone one that is infinite/eternal. Are there spider webs between the swans? It seems an odd choice of bird to represent eternal love, usually Swans are associated with the Greek myth in which the god Zeus, in the form of a swan, seduces, or rapes, Leda. Lust, not love, leading to lots of artistic and poetic erotic fantasies.
Having said that, I know from experience that some people do find life-long love. Yes, sentimental and romantic, but there’s nothing wrong with that, Ollie.

    • 🙂 Swans and love make almost an iconic connection, see http://bit.ly/1gaSkS4. And thanks for telling about Zeus and Leda (http://bit.ly/1fEhNCK), I learned something new. – The swans in the picture are made of Murano glass (http://bit.ly/1eys2fB) in Venice, a sort of link to romance … and yes, tied with spider webs.

(From the number of ‘likes’ and clicks I can tell that the readers considered this as an odd post. 😀 Me too.)
