Looked like the cold chain of the food had been broken. Or maybe this was slow cooking: slowly roasted pork. Or is this fast food? That depends on the driver and the speed of the delivery, or how? A pop-up mobile kitchen? Home delivery?
Should we be overly worried about the hygiene and avoid eating this? Well, in that case big part of the world population would die, or at least be starving.
Oh, so many questions.
