A delicacy

It’s hard to find better sausage than mustamakkara (black blood sausage) from Tampere, Finland. What is missing from the dish is lingonberry jam, that would crown the gourmandism. (The potatoes look a bit dry – they were re-warmed – but don’t care about that. They are not really needed, the sausage is enough.)
