The stelae (slabs) are 2.38 m long, 0.95 m wide and vary in height from 0.2 to 4.8 m. You can easily be lost there.

Impressive memorial. Simple.

When I walked between the concrete blocks, I could not know who is around the corner. I was not able to be prepared who to meet. Somebody I knew? My travel companion? A stranger? Irrationally, the longer I stayed there, I was less sure that all the collides would be purely coincidental …

And this was before knew any details about the memorial.

The Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe, designed by architect Peter Eisenman and engineer Buro Happold is one of the Must Experience in Berlin.
