How well do we know the hotels where we are making a booking? How are the rooms? Lobby? Hotel’s surrounding? Pool and other facilities? Service?
Luckily today we are able to know many of those things in advance. Online booking services let us read and write comments and reviews. And they are subjective.
There is always space for surprises, positive and negative. Here are some of my good and bad surprises, and some hotels I have not been, but would like to stay a night or two one day.
