View to the Adriatic Sea near Hvar, Croatia

The archipelago of Croatia on the eastern side of the Adriatic Sea is simply beautiful. There are over thousand islands, from tiny rocks to several hundred square kilometers, mostly formed of sharp-edged karst.

I took these pictures in the city of Hvar and Sveti Klement island. Notice, how the color of the very clear water changes during the day.
